STAYING AT CHÂTEAU L’ETAMPE
Château L’Etampe lies in the heart of the vines. It’s located on the right bank of the Garonne, a few yards from Saint-Emilion. This magnificent mansion dates from the 1800s. It was restored in 2015. It has the discreet charm of a family home where handmade rugs rub shoulders with vintage furniture and designer pieces.
A FAMILY HOME
You are at home here. An evening by the fireside, a game of billiards, a sun filled break on the terrace, a few strokes in the heated pool, a stroll through the vines, a dinner prepared by your private chef… these special moments will make your stay here unique: a magical interlude. The wine estate’s idyllic atmosphere gives guests the exclusive chance to live to the rhythm of the estate and the seasons – and to get a behind the scenes view.

The tone is set as soon as you enter. The vast open space area on the ground floor is designed for you to make the most of the relaxed setting.
The cozy living area with its fireplace with walnut surround is perfect for relaxing in.
The billiard room promises a great break with family and friends.
The dining room? It comes with a wine cellar so that you can experience this unique chance to taste our vintages.
Upstairs, there are five spacious rooms (two suites). They welcome gourmets looking to switch off and to get back to nature and slow living. All rooms look onto the vineyard. The sky stretches as far the eye can see: its colors changing from grey to black, to blue to pink. L’Etampe, Fleur de Lisse, Bien-Aimée, le Loup de la Loubière or Fontfleurie… invite you to relax. It’s all about calm, comfort and wellbeing. Modern white and cobalt blue mix with the vintage style of antique finds. There is also a reading corner in these sleeping quarters.

Turn the moment of wine tasting into an art of living and receiving. A bottle of Château l'Etampe is offered on arrival and a cellar stocked with our range of wines is at your disposal. Furthermore, we will welcome you for a visit of our new cellar at Château Fleur de Lisse.
